I earned the designation of Certified International Property Specialist while visiting Costa Rica in 2022, where I own and manage short-term vacation rentals. My expertise extends to the Atlanta metro area, particularly Cobb County, where I have cultivated a deep understanding of local real estate dynamics. I specialize in assisting investors and those looking to relocate or invest internationally, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs.
Since 2020, I have successfully self-managed a diverse portfolio of long, short, and midterm rentals in both Atlanta and Costa Rica. Additionally, I offer consulting and coaching services in real estate investing, focusing on implementing acquisition and rental income strategies that help my clients reach their personal and financial goals. My passion is to create meaningful, lasting impacts in the lives of my clients by helping them build wealth and gain the freedom to pursue their passions. Beyond my professional endeavors, I lead a fulfilling life in Atlanta and Costa Rica with my husband, Brandon, and our son, Royal, alongside our beloved Yorkie, Kingsley. My upbringing as a military brat growing up in Germany, England and Japan, has instilled in me adaptability and a global perspective, which I bring to my real estate practice. I hold multiple degrees, including a B.S. in Public Relations, a B.S. in Business Administration, and an MBA in Organizational Management/Entrepreneurship.
